USA Return Policy:
If you decide that your SkyBound product(s) are not right for you within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return it for a refund if the item is brand-new in box (minus shipping fees & re-stocking fees).
Here’s what you need to know:
- The product must be in new, unused condition with all included accessories.
- All returns are assessed a 15% to 50% re-stocking fee (all parts/components must be accounted for, if parts are missing or damaged, an additional fee will be assessed).
- RMA # (Returns Authorization Number) is required for all returns.
- Customers are responsible for Return Shipping.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse & QC check
How to request a return? (All request will be processed with 48 hours)
Option 1: Log into your account where you originally purchased your product and request a return. An approval email with a RMA # and return instructions will be sent to you.
