Warranty Policies & Form - SkyBound USA

Please read all warranty policies before submitting a claim using the form at the end of the page.

Please Note: 

All warranties begin from the date of purchase and only the original owner is covered under the terms specified within their original product manual.

LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE

All warranty coverage extends only to the original retail purchaser from the date of purchase. SkyBound’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing or providing store credit only, at SkyBound’s discretion. All products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by SkyBound at its corporate location and accompanied by sufficient proof of purchase (photocopy of the original store receipt, indicating the date of purchase). All freight and handling fees are the responsibility of the consumer to pay, both to and from SkyBound’s corporate location. All warranty claims must be preauthorized by a SkyBound agent and case number must be obtained. Preauthorization can be obtained by contacting help@skyboundusa.com or by calling (888) 891-4689.

This warranty does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, products used for commercial or rental purposes, or repairs not approved by a SkyBound authorized agent. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, weathering, any issues resulting from failure to follow directions, improper installation, improper maintenance, or acts of nature (such as damage caused by wind, lightning, snow, water, or ice).

No other warranty beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by SkyBound. In order to determine the extent of the defect, SkyBound might require detailed photos. If photos cannot be sent, SkyBound will require the item be shipped to our corporate office where the defect will be assessed.

In the event the item is not deemed to be defective by our technical staff, the item will be returned at the cost of the customer. We will hold the non-defective item for a period of 30 days from receipt, at which time the item will be discarded as deemed appropriate by our staff. The customer will be contacted at regular intervals to be warned about the impending discard date.

SkyBound is not responsible or liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or other damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, cost of removal, installation or other consequential damages, some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Furthermore, SkyBound does not provide nor imply any warranty or coverage for costs associated with injury due to the use of our product. Please use the product in accordance with the provided manuals, which are also available online. The absence of a manual not included with a shipment does not void this warranty. It is the responsibility of the customer to seek out information in connection with safe use of their product.

The warranty extended hereunder is in lieu of all other warranties and SkyBound specifically disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose is limited in its scope and duration to the terms set forth herein. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts. Accordingly, the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

SkyBound USA Trampoline Mat Warranty

SkyBound Trampoline OEM Mats: Warranty term varies per model.

Premium Mat: 2-year coverage on the stitching, V-rings, and mat material.

Standard Mat: 1-year coverage on the stitching, V-rings, and mat material.

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with small tears, holes, frayed edges at the seams, v-rings falling out, loose threads on the jumping surface area or stitching and webbing deteriorating in under 1 year from original purchase date.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Large or small tears due to contact with sharp objects, such as small round holes due to cigarette burns or contact with shoes or heels. "Crossing", or "X-ing" or "V-ing" springs leading to bent V-rings falling off or tearing the mat material is not covered. Weather-related issues, abuse, or misuse of the product are not covered.

SkyBound USA Trampoline Nets Warranty

SkyBound USA Enclosure Nets: 6 months

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with tears or holes at the seams, frayed edges or loose threads, zipper falling out or not closing properly, stitching and webbing deteriorating in under 6 months from original purchase date.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Large or small tears due to contact with sharp objects, such as small round holes due to cigarette burns or contact with shoes or heels. Weather-related issues, abuse, or misuse of the product are not covered.

SkyBound USA Trampoline Pads Warranty

SkyBound USA Safety Pads: 6 months

 Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with tears or holes at the seams, frayed edges or loose threads, missing foam, stitching and webbing deteriorating in under 6 months from original purchase date.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Large or small tears due to contact with sharp objects or misuse/abuse of the product. Color fading (UV exposure), ripped or torn-off velcro straps or bands, Holes on pad material surface due to burns (such as cigarettes), rips, or holes that may develop during storage, which can be caused by pests. 

SkyBound USA Trampoline Springs Warranty

SkyBound OEM trampoline springs: Warranty term varies per model

SkyBound Standard Replacement Springs: 6 months

SkyBound Premium Replacement Springs: 1 year

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged upon delivery, such as with over-stretched springs, broken springs, rusted or tarnished coating on springs, or misshaped or angled spring hooks, making installation difficult to complete.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Over-stretched springs and broken springs due to misuse or abuse of the product is not covered. "Crossing" or "X-ing", "V-ing", or stacking/chaining springs will also void warranty coverage. Weather-related issues, such as rust or oxidation, will not be covered under warranty. Ordering the incorrect size spring for your trampoline is also not covered.

SkyBound USA Anchor Kit Warranty

SkyBound Anchor Kit Warranty: 1 year

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective, such as missing the sharp edge, broken handle, buckles and straps not working correctly

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Item is damaged or deemed to be abused or misused by the customer, such as from cutting straps, or bending or breaking the anchor bolt. 

SkyBound USA Ladder Warranty

SkyBound Ladder Warranty: 1 year

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged on delivery, such as fitment hole issues, broken or damaged components, cracked or broken plastic steps.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Over-limit weight capacity damage, foam sleeve damage or deterioration, damaged or stripped bolts or screws, rust or damage caused by weather exposure, misuse or abuse of the product.

SkyBound USA XL Kit Warranty

SkyBound XL Kit Warranty: 1 year

Examples of what is covered:

Item arrived defective/damaged on delivery, such as with fitment issues, welding issues, cracked or broken leg extensions, broken springs, rusted or tarnished coating on springs, or misshaped or angled spring hooks, making installation difficult to complete.

Examples of what is NOT covered:

Misuse or abuse of the product, over-stretched springs due to misuse, rust, oxidation, or corrosion caused by weather exposure.
