Piano-wire springs are made of a unique, proprietary blend of high-carbon alloy metals, which outperform traditional galvanized steel trampoline springs in bounce tests. Designed with tapered hook-ends, wide-body diameter coils, and increased flexibility and pull-tension, piano-wire springs perform more similar to the professional-grade trampoline springs used in the Olympics and USA Gymnastics
The Horizon's dual-welded frame increases rigidity through its flange steel plates equipped with heavy-duty galvanized steel bolts. Sitting at over 800 lbs, the Horizon will not buckle, bend, or break and is one of the strongest frames in the industry. The frame is 11x18 ft (outer frame-tube) and 10x17 ft (inner frame-tube), which closely follows FIG standards for professional trampolines used in competitive gymnastics and the Olympics.
