Order Cancellation
We strive to ship all orders out as quickly as possible so there is a short window in canceling or making changes to an order.  We will make every effort to accommodate changes to or cancellations of orders that have not yet processed, however, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been shipped.  

Option 1: Log in to your account where you originally purchased your product (i.e. Amazon, eBay, etc.) and request to cancel your order.
Option 2: Email us directly at help@skyboundusa.com with your name and order number or give us a call at 888-891-4689 

US Exchange Policy
Currently, we are not able to provide exchanges to our customers.  If you ordered the wrong item and  v   need to exchange it, you will have to return the item for a refund and repurchase the correct item.
